Spinal Muscular Atrophy medical funding campaign

I have volunteered to help create material for a friend with her campaign to get Pharmac and the Government to fund medication for her daughter and others who have Spinal Muscular Atrophy.

SMA is a muscle-wasting condition. There are 3 medications that have been proven to slow the progression of the condition but unfortunately, none of them are funded in New Zealand and so my friend and the SMA foundation are campaigning for these medications to be funded.
